About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll:
- Help nonprofits and universities access resources to grow their impact.
- Research potential clients and make over 400 dials per week to book demos.
- Engage in meaningful conversations, tailor our value proposition, and provide excellent follow-through.
- Collaborate across departments and contribute to experiments that scale outreach efforts.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 1 year of sales experience or 3+ years in another field with a strong desire to transition into sales.
- Be comfortable in fast-paced environments, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit curiosity, customer empathy, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Book 10+ demos weekly through outreach and fast follow-ups.
- Communicate insights from client interactions to improve our pitch.
- Maintain accurate client data in the CRM and ensure detailed documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
- OTE: $60,000-$90,000 + equity.
