Location: Remote (Worldwide)

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll:

  • Client Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through AKTEK iO setup, configuration, and training.
  • Ongoing Support: Address client questions and requests across chat, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Assist clients in resolving technical issues, collaborate with the tech team, and follow up on solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate product updates, ensure clients are leveraging AKTEK iO’s full potential, and provide regular updates.
  • Feedback & Insights: Collect and analyze client feedback using tools like NPS surveys, and share insights with the team.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update help desk content, coordinate translations, and reflect the latest product updates.
  • Account Monitoring: Check in weekly with account managers to track global account status and performance.
  • Testing & Reporting: Identify and report product issues, suggest feature improvements, and update internal databases with valuable information.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate customer needs, prevent potential issues, and take initiative to ensure clients achieve their goals.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Experience: Background as a Customer Support/Success Representative or in a similar role.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with tech/data in AKTEK’s relevant market verticals.
  • Service Excellence: Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and training.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A balance of creativity and logical thinking for troubleshooting and solutions.
  • Remote Work: Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication & Relationships: Strong communication skills and a natural talent for building client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High EQ with the ability to understand and address clients’ needs effectively.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Portuguese is highly valued, but others are welcome).
