Requirements

We’re looking for individuals who possess:

  • Language Skills: Business-level proficiency or higher in English.
  • E-commerce Experience: Previous experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Passion for Online Shopping: A genuine interest in online shopping trends and practices.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality service.
  • Customer-Oriented Personality: Kind, patient, and eager-to-help individuals who excel in problem-solving.
  • Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is a must.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Experience using platforms like HappyFox, Zendesk, Live Chat, or Magento is highly desirable.
